So the Winter Olympics start tonight in Vancouver. It has been a while since I have been interested in seeing anything to do with the Olympics, but I have to admit, I am excited to at least see the opening ceremonies… well at least I want to see the completed “We are the world” video anyway… They just shot it last week and have been working 24/7 to get it ready for tonite, now that is amazing!

OK, now if you have ever gone to Costco, I am sure you will know and relate to what I am about to say here…

Hi, my name is Rich and I am addicted to Costco Chicken!

I am not sure what they do to get this taste, I am thinking I don’t want to know, LOL because it is truly THE BEST chicken I have EVER had.

I will never buy a roasted chicken from the supermarket again, thank you Costco:)
